2. Payments

• Customers are required to make full payment upfront or partial advance (minimum 50%) before project initiation.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds or cancellations are allowed once payment has been made and the service or product has been confirmed.
  
  
• We encourage clients to confirm their requirements carefully before proceeding with any order or installation.
  
  

4. Warranty Policy

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and successful installation, clients must:

• Ensure power supply and internet connectivity are available (as per service requirement).
  
  
• Keep the installation area clean and ready for work.
  
  
• Be present or assign a representative to sign off on job completion once the installation is finished.
  
  

8. Changes to Terms
